Dr. Steele is a seasoned learning professional, educator, and digital media expert with over 15 years of experience in the educational technology industry. His expertise in distance and multi-modal learning, experiential learning programs, and rich digital media has positively impacted educational institutions, nonprofits, and corporations nationwide. As a researcher, speaker, and published author in the field of digital learning, Dr. Steele brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that directly impacts the families that GI serves. He is the Co-creator of Gratitude Initiative’s College Success Academy and provides ongoing support of Gratitude Initiative’s mission and programs.
Dr. Steele works for Gallup as a Senior Learning Strategist providing learning consulting services and architecting organizational development programs for companies across the globe. He is passionate about education and is a lifelong advocate for youth organizations and wildlife conservation programs. Dr. Steele and his wife Katie are both proud native Texans.
Dr. Steele holds a B.A. in Film & Digital Media from Baylor University, an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University, and a Ph.D. in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas.
