Tabetha Lamb

Former DoD Warrior Care Advocate,
Military Spouse,
GI Program Parent

Tabetha Lamb is an active-duty military spouse and mother of two Gratitude Initiative students. She holds a Masters in Counseling with research emphasis on PTSD and Military Communities, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her career providing support to the caregivers of our nation’s wounded, ill, and injured service members spotlighted a need for support services to the children of Wounded Warriors. She notes that many Warrior families are often overwhelmed when juggling medical appointments, recovery, and everyday life. She has seen firsthand the incalculable value in having one on one advisors working with military connected students and parents to ensure career paths, deadlines, applications, and scholarships remains achievable no matter where in the world the student is located, regardless of how long they have been on station, or what other challenges are being incurred at home. Tabetha’s experience in advocacy and providing resources to military families enables the Gratitude Initiative to further their outreach and support to the children who serve our country by providing care and steadfastness at home to their wounded, ill, and injured family member.
