Carlos is a prior law enforcement officer (Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Howey in the Hills Police Department, FL). He has been a security executive with over 24 years of progressive leadership in large- scale corporate security management, emergency management, critical infrastructure, loss prevention, safety, sports venues, and major global events. Carlos sits on the board at the University of Central Florida and is an Ambassador with American Military University.

Carlos has led the security teams of some of the largest corporations in the world, including Walt Disney World Resort, Amazon, and Meta (Facebook), as well as teams at major international events such as Super Bowl 50, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, World-Class Marathons, and many more.
Carlos is a father of two boys, Jaxon and Parker, and married to the love of his life Joanna. They reside in Silicon Valley, CA, where they get a chance to go boating and camping on the weekends, and Carlos can enjoy some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
